It's actually really cool.
There are all kinds of different sock patterns to knit, but most of them are really easy too once you learn a couple of techniques. Also wool socks are really soft and comfortable, and the best part is that if you're like me and in between sock sizes, you can make socks that fit you perfectly :-D Which is great since most socks either have to stretch a lot to fit me, or are way too big. (I'm in between a big kids size and a small women's size lol
